Alë is such a knowledgable practitioner and I trust that she has my best interests at heart, and truly cares about my healing and wellbeing. Alë is adept at seeing into a person and helping to communicate the potential she believes each person has for healing within themselves. I feel I can trust my deepest vulnerabilities with her and I know she is able to hold space for them as well as allow them to be the parts of me that make me human. I don't feel as though Alë is trying to fix me, in fact she really helps me to see that I am enough; that I have everything I need inside me already. I really feel from her that she is present to support, encourage, offer perspective, and engage my mind in the possibility of what life will feel like when I am fully existing and present in each part of my body. I feel able to dream of what that could feel like and I'm excited because that's not something I felt I could even comprehend the possibility of before now - mostly because I didn't even realize how much pain I was in. I just lived with it and accepted that that was what life was going to be like for me. Now I feel I can work towards holistic healing and I'm excited to see what that will look and feel like for me.
